The Flyers currently suck at the moment. They have no special teams or offense of any kind this year. They have scored 2 goals or less in almost every game this season. They are missing Scott Hartnell badly but even when he plays they still need a scorer. Flyers have to do what it takes to land Bobby Ryan of Anaheim, or Corey Perry of Anaheim or Jerome Iginla of the Calgary Flames. Their top players like Claude Giroux and Danny Briere haven't done crap this year. Claude Giroux just has 3 goals and 4 assists for 7 pts in 11 games he hasn't stepped up and done anything. Danny Briere has just 3 pts in 7 games in 1 goal and 2 assists. If the Flyers want to make the playoffs they must get a proven scorer. They currently rank tied for 17th in the league with just 25 goals on the season. That is pretty horrible. They better beat Carolina and Toronto next if they want to make the playoffs. This 6 game road trip coming up is a make or break for the Flyers. If Flyers suck on the road trip their season is over for sure. Flyers must get 4 wins at the LEAST if they want to make the playoffs. The season is on the line in the next 2 weeks. With just 37 games left that isn't a lot of time to afford a losing streak. Flyers must get a ton of points in the next couple of weeks if they want to be successful. If not just tank the season and cut salary and get a high draft pick. We will see what happens. Tomorrow is a must win against Carolina no excuses can't lose to a shitty Hurricanes team. With the Flyers having no offense whatsoever it wouldn't surprise me if Carolina won though.
